2. Exchange Period

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied, with no reason required.

3. Exchange Conditions

Products requested for exchange must be new or show minimal signs of use and must not affect their resale, including complete packaging, accessories, and manuals.

4. Exchange Request Process

Customers must submit an exchange request to Jupiter Trade via email and provide their order number.

5. Exchange Confirmation

Jupiter Trade will confirm within 24 hours of receiving the request whether the exchange can be processed and provide the customer with detailed instructions and important notes.

7. Shipping Costs

All shipping costs for exchanges are fully covered by Jupiter Trade. Customers do not need to pay any additional fees.

Upon receiving the exchanged product, Jupiter Trade will inspect it to ensure it meets the exchange conditions (new or minimal use, complete packaging and accessories).

9. Exchange Processing

Products that meet the conditions will be replaced as soon as possible, typically within 2 business days.

10. Products Not Meeting Conditions

If a product does not meet the exchange conditions, Jupiter Trade will contact the customer to explain the situation and arrange for the product to be returned or reject the exchange.
